Used as a conj., as, so. 6. Expresses worthiness or unworthiness, when used after other verbs. 7. Has a diminutive force; somewhat; -ish. 8. For the same purpose. 9. Used in forming a strong imperative. 10. Used in forming a strong optative. 11. After a finite verb, has the force of the auxilliary, "have."
