Ṭanuḳa (fresh; beef or meat of any sort) smells so when cooked after hanging out of doors ten or more days in freezing weather: it is gȼaⁿxe, but not zaⁿsta - Ahigiaⁿȼatai ḳĭ gaⁿȼajĭwaȼĕ. If one eat it often, it is not desirable. So, if a goose be hung out for a day or two without freezing, it is gȼaⁿxe, but not spoiled.
